Michael is dedicated to making clean heating both accessible and scalable to help meet net zero targets and, ultimately, contribute to saving the planet.
A serial company builder, Will has tackled NHS staffing challenges as the founder of Lantum and scaled the UK’s leading manufacturing platform at Geomiq.
He's now driven by a mission to de-bottleneck the skilled labour shortage in clean energy, helping business partners scale and advancing the clean energy transition.
With 18 years of experience in the industry and formerly leading the heat pump team at Aira, Rob has overseen over 800 installations.
His dedication to quality ensures that every install meets the highest industry standards.
